She will work at your own, individual pace and skill level.

Jada will find the way to work on your injuries, mental health, and level up your daily well being.

Weather you are brand new to yoga or you are a well seasoned Yogi, in our unique sessions we will come together to target whatever it is that you are looking to enhance through yogic and meditative practices (flexibility, strength, balance, breath work, clear trauma, weight loss, etc). In whatever case you will leave our private sessions feeling a natural high and a deep relaxation physically and energetically.

Jada works seamlessly one-on-one with clients who are looking for a more personalized yoga experience that is intimate, unique, and safe.

This is a great option for anyone who is looking to deepen their personal practice, needs more detailed attention, or would like more hands on assisting in their practice.

Private sessions are way more flexible then group classes as the client gets to choose when and where the session takes place (In studio, in nature, in their own home, virtual, etc).

Jada's teaching style is called Vinyasa-- known for resetting the nervous system, clearing negative energy but also exploring our limitations physically so we can grow our practice. Each yoga class is personalized to the client and incorporates deep stretching, vinyasa styled flows with slow and repetitive movements that we connect with breath. She will design her class for you in a holistic way- which involves meditation, flow like movement, stretching and breathing in one full 60 minute class.

Jada has worked with a variety of different personalities, body types and experience levels. It is up to you to decide to discover the healing properties of yoga!!

She prides in creating personal relationships with each client but also growing and leading a community of loving, caring and like-minded individuals who spend time both on the mat and off the mat.

She is pleased to create a space for individuals to restore physically and spiritually through yogic practices and take these tools with them into their lives shifting their life to more grounded, focused, and clear.
