This 6-week program is thoughtfully designed to guide you through emotional transformation and somatic stress recovery:
Weekly 60-Minute Coaching sessions: Personalized sessions to help you process emotions, set goals, and move forward with clarity. Sessions are virtual or in-person in Mays Landing.
Guided Meditations & Mindfulness Practices: Techniques to release stress, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body and mind.
The HHH: Healing Heart Homework: Journaling prompts, exercises, and reflections to track your progress and deepen insight.
Somatic & Mind-Body Practices: Practical exercises to help release tension, regulate your nervous system, and restore emotional balance.
A Note About Me: I am a mental health coach and yoga + reiki practitioner and currently an MSW student working toward my licensure as a therapist. This program blends coaching expertise with trauma-informed, somatic practices, providing a safe container for emotional growth and stress recovery. Please note, this program is not a replacement for therapy, but is designed to support your mental health journey in holistic and practical ways.

Start Date: December 27th or post-holiday date of your choice.
Duration: 6 weeks (add on sessions available post 6 weeks)

$75 per session → $450 total
Orig Price: $100 per session → $600 total
Payment plans available: 2 payments of $225 or custom plan for you.
